MM is available on cable only , but CityTV still has a number of other music/video shows, and one of them is "The New Music". They focus mainly on new or non-Top40 acts. Last night they have a 5-minute interview of Kate Bush (recorded in England this March) and a bit from the "Running up that hill" video. The host said that the _Hounds_of_Love_ record represents "a return to the sweet voice for which Kate Bush is most admired. To many people _The Dreaming_ has been inaccessible, the vocals too harsh." The content of the interview contains nothing revealing about the new album. However, if anyone out there is interested I can do my best to transcribe the thing and send it out. The rock/top40 station CHUM-FM played "Running up that hill" last night after their "Top 12 at 12" (midnight). I wonder if this song is really gonna make top40; does that mean that our venerable KB has at last bow her head to commercialism ?!? Let's hope not!!
