Have no fear Dave, at Nassau last year I got a handout at the show
expressing the dead's opinion of video equipment. It stated very
eloquently that there was a problem at prior shows with videots
and that the use of such equipment is expressly forbidden. The
tapers may stay at their pit. While I agree with your views
on videotaping, I must say that tapes have gotten me through
many happy occasions and tapers(audio) have done much for
the popularity of the dead and the spread of the subculture.
To all those tapers who have taken their time and money towards
improving their quality, I must say: Nothing left to do but
smile, smile, smile. You people are great, and thanks for
the many hours filled in between shows. Keep it up!
