The point is that you can do what you need to do when you *really* want and need to include stuff from the original article by first doing an "s" save to another file, then "reading" that file into your editor buffer, and extracting what you need. That is, you can still do just what "F" now does, but it is harder and more tedious. This will help discourage people from doing it. It's not something I'm pushing or terribly enthused about, though -- just a possible idea for decreasing excessive quotation.
