Yes, they were moved to the mod.newslists group.  There are all sorts
of wonderful things posted to the mod groups (and stuff I post, too).
If anyone reading this hasn't seen those groups, then you need to
add a "mod.all" to the "options" line of your .newsrc file if
you are running readnews or vnews.  Similar methods exist for other
news software.
