I keep voting to get rid of net.general!  And I really don't think there
is a need for a mod.general.  With net.announce (which really *should* be
mod.announce), why do we need {net,mod}.general?

I volunteer to take yet another vote.  Please MAIL me yes or no votes on
the following suggestions:

	() Get rid of net.general

	() Get rid of mod.general

	() Get rid of net.announce

	() Move net.announce to mod.announce
