I like discussions about mental telepathy, Take for example the laser. | Paul M. Koloc, President: (301) 445-1075 | FUSION | Really! What has laser to do with telepathy?? As I recall, it was developed from maser by conventional methods and theories - QM and Quantum Theory of Light. The problem with postings on 'psychic phenomena' is not the subject but lack of mental discipline and understanding the method of physics (that's what should guide the character of the net physics). There are no 'non-physical forces' - and realm of physics includes the living and thinking and phantasy- ing processes. If we could indeed demonstrate PK, it would involve a physical field - and (and this the psychic fans often do'nt see) may not be relevant to basic physics. There is a long way from quarks to atoms to the biophysics of the human brain... As a very minimum - when you make 'long jumps' - a far reaching conclusions - maintain the same self-critical faculty when writing about organic or anorganic phenomena and whether writing about something based on 'scanty evidence' or about an established effect. That in itself would reduce amount of junk material. Peter M.
