OK, people seem to agree that this is worth doing.

Can we have at least 1 person in each of the areas of Eunet (and the
Other Place) to coordinate?  I'd be willing to do this in the UK, if
nobody has any objection.

If we have a focal point in each country, then it minimises any problem
of disparate currencies.  Then (if we want to do an en bloc Net donation)
it should be possible to turn the whole amount into UKPounds.

Can I hear from you folk out there soon?  Don't send any money YET.
