I don't know if you are as cruel as your words but I know this: Suppression and colonial domination have never amounted to cultural extermination except for less evolved cultures. Suppression of Jews in Europe for centuries and colonial domination of Arabs in their homelands (also for a long time) are good examples to show that you are wrong.
