E. I. Bonewits. He got his degree from some part of the University of California. It probably wasn't a normal degree (a roll your own type program). From reading some of his work, his theories on 'magic' are very wrapped up in the paranormal. Anyway, find a good sized library and see if they have the book 'Real Magic' by him.
