It stars Pamela Sue Martin and is the story of John Dillinger in 20s Chicago and does have Lloyd in it. To: Duane Morse I haven't seen ST-III recently so I can't say who the barmaid was, but Rand was the redhead in space dock that watched the Enterprise "limp" in.
