I know of one through personal experience, not a book but a short story. The story in question is titled "Just Call Me Albert" (I think) and was published in "Dragontales", a one-time-only TSR publication of fantasy stories. I was the DM for the adventure in question, which was only slightly less bizarre than Martin Mundt (adventurer and author) wrote it up. It was loads of fun, and I enjoyed seeing it show up in print, too. Peter Reiher reiher@LOCUS.UCLA.EDU {...ihnp4,ucbvax,sdcrdcf}!ucla-cs!reiher
