Several weeks ago I asked for other opinions of Samuel Delaney's
book Dhalgren.  It seems either you love it or you hate it, no
one was in between.  Adding my own opinion to the poll it was
4 against and 3 for Dhalgren.  Of the 4 that disliked the book
only 1 could stand to read it to the end.  Of the 3 that liked
it, 2 had read it more than once.
