You can locate people with whom you *might be likely* to get along with -- as you can see, this is very indefinite. If you are attending a church from which you "backslid" (that is, you were brought up in that faith but since lost interest, but you know what is going on and you have a background common with other attendees), then I would say "yes" -- attend for "ulterior motives" as it were. If you are considering a completely "alien" or strange church, one with which you are not familiar, and you have no real religious interest in that faith, then I would say "no". You are not getting the "filtering" benefit, and you will be both really out of place, and apparently so. Regards, Will
