[fred] Many people carry ideas of what marriage is expected to be. When these people marry, they behave in the way they expect to and treat their spouse according to their expectations of marriage. In many, if not most, cases, the expectations of married behavior are quite different from the expectations of dating behavior, including living together, so that the formalizing of marriage triggers a change in behavior. I've been married (twice) and found out the hard way. Cheers -- Walt Haas ...{decvax ihnp4 seismo}!utah-cs!haas
