You, of course, would never fantasize about what a man's luscious
mouth could do to you. Sorry, I couldn't resist the momentary burst
of sarcasm. Anyway, getting back to rational discussion, I don't
think that Frank was saying that he would only be interested in
a woman because of sexual attraction, though this is certainly a
part of the equation. I think Frank was suggesting a way of
overcoming the nerves, fears, phobias, etc. that many people have
in social situations like the ones he mentioned (including me,
though I'm working on it!). I also think it's pretty good advice.
I haven't used his advice in a social situation yet (I keep
forgetting it - maybe I should write it on my wrist). However,
I have used something like this in doctor's and dentist's offices,
and similar fear-filled situations, and it's worked pretty well.
It's hard to be terrified when you're having a sexual fantasy. 
I think I started doing this when I was about 10 or 11 in order
to get to sleep at night (My favorite reading material at the
time was EC and DC horror comics).
