The theory on the net seems to be that anyone is allowed to post (almost) anything, and those who don't like it can: -hit 'n' a lot -ignore articles from certain contributors -unsubscribe -etc There is no quota system, nor should there be. It could just be that someone who posts a lot of articles just has a lot to say that is valid. He may also just be BSing. They tried moderating this group. There was very little traffic on mod.singles and they finally removed it.
