After a lot of work (apparently there is a VERY dirty communications line
somewhere), I have gotten the latest patch posted to mod.sources to compile.
But it aborts before ever applying a patch.  Could someone send me a
version of patch that works on a System III machine?  Thank you.
(It aborts in abort_hunk - and I am feeding it files that appear here on
the net SUPPOSEDLY in patch format...)
