If he is to ] be traded to the N.L. he would have to clear waivers from all A.L. ] teams. I don't see EVERY team in the A.L. passing on Blyleven. So look ] to see some team low in pitching getting him. BUT... does he have the ] 10 year minimum to cancel a trade?
