I don't know about Loveland, CO (in Mountain time zone) but on the west
coast, ABC has a policy that _all_ Monday night games are delayed _unless_
one of the teams playing is from the west coast.  In this case it will be
shown live in that team's home city (or market) and will still be delayed
everywhere else on the west coast.  It is interesting to note that this
is not true for Monday night football.
