Sorry, but I think there was somebody who died in an auto accident.
The name of the episode escapes me, but it was the episode with
the Guardian of Time-  Kirk, Spock, & McCoy travel back in time to
the 1920's.  The woman whom they met at that time(played by Joan
Collins ??) died as a result of an auto accident.
