    I can think of one instance offhand.  Gary Seven's fellow agents in
"Assignment: Earth".  I remember a scene where he is quite disgusted that
his buddies could be killed in something so mundane as an "automobile
accident".
    Oh, and of course, there was Edith Keeler being killed my an auto
in "The City On The Edge Of Forever".
