Currently I am trying to chose the best of 2 different spelling checker
programs and 2 hyphenation programs. For this work I need some kind of
benchmarks, preferrably some that are more or less standard. I have
scanned a lot of literature, but I have not found what I am looking
for.

So who does have such kinds of benchmarks or can give me a helpfull
pointer. I'm interested in benchmarks for all Western Ueropean
languages and American.


P.S.
Currently I only know 2 companies who deliver spelling checking &
hyphenation software for software developers, viz. Proximity (USA) and
Softart (Belgium). Does anyone know more companies?
