I'm going to be traveling to Washington DC on the weekend of August 24th for
the twice annual BITNET conference NetCon.

Where is the best place to stay (on a student budget)?

I only have 2 days there (Saturday, Sunday), with some things planned both
days.  Where should I go?  I lived in DC a while back, but have not been up
there in about 5 years.  What is new?

Anyway, thanks for any info you can give me.
