I have no other info. Re the Dr's memory: I thought that the initial period after regeneration was one of loss of memory and confusion, but then, later on, the newly-regenerated Dr. has all the memories of his predecessors. So then, why does Tom Baker's Doctor not use the "Venusian karate" or whatever it was that the preceeding Doctor used repeatedly? There are many instances where he engages in rough-and-tumble where the use of this one- or two-finger karate would have simplified things and allowed the story to progress without delay. Will
