However, in recent years, they have not had a very good working relationship with the Dr. Who clubs. It used to be that the Dr. Who clubs would man the phones Sunday evening for a couple of hours and they would wear scarfs, hats and all sort of Dr. Who outfits. Lately, they have not been on the show and even those people that do man the phones do not even wear a Dr. Who button or anything. Still, we pledge a lot of money (I have been a subscriber for several years) and support PBS in general. I don't know why WTTW gives us such a raw deal but I do know that WTTW and the Dr. Who fan clubs had some sort of falling out. I don't expect to be the first with anything here in Chicago.
