Texas CS Dept., Austin, Texas Lines: 9 Note that the 4.3BSD subnet scheme is not that of RFC936 (the former Berkeley scheme) nor that any of the other three (four?) competing schemes, but something new that's pretty close to RFC940 (the supposed standard).
