For years we've used CDC 9766 300MB removable drives on SI controllers
here.  Pretty reliable, it's just that they take up a large amound of
floor space and air conditioning.  While the 9766 is heart of the RM05,
the MASSBUS is a stupid DEC kludge and you need another rack of electronics
the size of the 9766 to interface the drive to it.
