I need general information and opinions on any Data base management
systems (DBMS) and Word processing packages (WP).  There are two
target machines, a Vax 785 and a small 1 to 8 user system both running
Un!x 5.2.


The following is a list of packages we are considering:


DBMS	Unify			WP	Latitude
	Informix			Lyrix
	Mistress			Wordstar 
	Oracle
	Rubix
	D-Base II

Your opinions on these and other packages will be greatly appreciated.
I will post to the net a summary if I get enough responses.
