	Help, I went to decode the curses primer and found we don't have
uuencode or uudecode.  Are these public domain programs, and if so would
someone send me a copy of them?  We are running Sys3 on a Plexus P60.
If the programs are not available, could someone send me a unencoded copy
of the primer.  Thanks.
