I finally have enough money to buy a Betamovie!  Unfortunately, I see
here that the Sony BMC 110K is long gone.  Not only that, but I just
called up 47st Photo and they tell me that the BMC 220K is discontinued!

What gives here?  And what is the new Sony BMC 550K camcorder like?
Is it the new camcorder with CMOS circuiry?  What is the difference
between it and the 110K or the 220K?  Is $1061.00 a good price for
the 550K?
