I just acquired 2.10.2 -- but that's another story.
The man page for postnews still refers to it as a shell
script, but its a C program, and is considerably different (better).
Has someone worked on a man page for the new version,
and if so please send it.

(If this has been around before, sorry. I wasn't listening to 2.10.2
stuff til now.)
