I am looking for some software that will assist
in the creation of an index from the text of
a large technical document.  The document is
Unix (tm) nroff, or more specifically mm, macros.
The finished document is also available which
has the final page numbers.

Any software tools that exist to assist in this
task would be greatly appreciated.
