Eh?  We have a point-to-point link between eneevax.ARPA and
maryland.ARPA, and talk works as well as talk has ever worked
between two machines.

(One thing that *does* puzzle me is why a recompiled rwhod that
handles p-to-p links under our XNSish kernel can't sendto() eneevax,
while talk can connect() and send() to eneevax. . . .)
