Carolina at Chapel Hill Lines: 13 Xref: linus net.med:1579 net.women:6114 In an effort to clear up any further misunderstandings about the articles I have posted regarding the NEJM article , I want to remind folk that throughout my discussions I have also assumed that we are talking about the lesions mentioned in the article - Stage I and Stage II lesions. Thus, my lack of discussion of the morbidity associated with radical procedures and the statement that radical mastectomies are obsolete should be viewed in the context of treatment of small breast lesions.
