Not knowing the appropriate etiquette I kept on walking (and looking!). Is this "provocation" or what? How far could I go I wondered, am I expected to strip before saying "good morning - nice day" ? Can I be arrested if I exposed myself? Does this mean she is "available?" What does Miss Manners of 1985 have to say about this?
