I don't know why this seems so obvious to me and not to you...

It means her eyes are sensitive to sunlight
	that's why she's wearing a hat
and she does want a tan
	that's why she's laying about in the sun
and she doesn't want tan lines from wearing a swim suit
	that's why she's wearing no swimsuit
and she likes the beach
	that's why she's there.

I don't see how you could possibly interpret anything MORE without
talking to her, unless you connect psychically...
