I usually use "Politically Correct" [P.C.] in a slightly whimsical manner,
often when the addressee is, uh, P.C.:
	"This food co-op is P.C., we don't sell bananas."

As to its meaning, if you're P.C. then you *know* what/who is and isn't :-)
	veganism is P.C.
	George F. Will isn't
	Nicaraguan coffee is P.C.
	SDI isn't
	...
