	The first line says to "<Read this message with "tr g-la...">"
One obtains those directions by un-rotating the article from standard
rot 13. But in order to read the rest you are supposed to use the goofy
tr command from the first line. Well FUCK YOU ASSHOLE!!!! Stick your 
article up your ass and rotate on it.
