I am looking for any information which will assist in purchasing
a 68000 X-Assembler to run on our 780/VMS.  Inclusive should be
a compatible C X-Compiler.  We have a project which will need
development time on our VAX with the end product going to a 
special purpose box running a 68000 microprocessor.  

The two packages which I have come up with are one for 15K
from Boston Office Systems and one for 4K from Alcylon Inc.  
Any information on either of these would be helpful or any
other leads to other products.
