Is there any simple way to convert a vax quadword value to a text string?
There is (what looked like) a routine that would do just what I wanted,
OTS$CVT_L_TI which converts integers of supplied length, but the only
valid lengths are 1, 2, or 4. Sigh. Yes I could write a routine to do
it but I was hoping that there is something in the system somewhere that
I could just call.
