I'm also getting duplicate copies of messages bounced off of UDEL-RELAY.
I hope someone fixes it soon.  I got 83 messages between Friday and Sunday.
Here's a sample of one of the 2nd (or maybe it was the 3rd?) copy of a
message I got from INFO-VAX.
