Several of you have recently sent messages to this list about bugs in the VMS
4.2 Math library.  Today I spoke with the Colorado Springs Support Center about
an unrelated problem I had encountered.  They said my problem had been fixed in
4.2 and that I should upgrade to it.  I demurred, citing the Math Lib bugs some
of you reported.  They said they had never heard of such problems.  I was left
with these questions:  

What specific invocations of Math library functions failed?

Was an SPR submitted on the problem?
