I'm sure you all noticed the mail loop on some messages this weekend.
This seems to have been caused by Louie.UDEL.EDU.  I also saw the same
looping by them on other mailing lists.  That site is not on my master
mailing list, so I could not deactivate them.  They are apparently on
a redistribution list.  I have sent a message to the postmaster at their
site, and hopefully things will get fixed.  Until that happens, I have
removed UDEL from the INFO-VLSI master list (assuming that is where
Louie.UDEL is being redistributed from).  I hope that solves the problem.
It sure doesn't take much to cause a turmoil on a large network!
