It is an LBP-CX based printer with not very many features and not much software. What's interesting about it is that its interface is a card that plugs into an IBM PC backplane and transfers rasters at memory speeds, so you can print full page bitmaps or anything else that your PC can generate. I don't know of any other printers that aren't a lot more expensive tha can do this at reasonable speed. Yes, Corona are the Corona PC people. I heard that Lance Carnes was working on a version of Personal TeX that ran on a PC and drove this printer directly. I don't know what is going on with that these days. I would recommend contacting his company (in Mill Valley, CA, I think) but I don't know the address. He advertises in TUGBoat or you could try 415 directory assistance. Disclaimer: I don't have anything to do with any of the above organizations. Hope this helps paul rubin [[Editor's note: Lance's company is Personal TeX, Inc., at (415)388-8853. Out of fairness, I ought to ask someone who attended TUG to summarize the manufacturer's displays so we can hear about the competing products as well. Anyone want to take this on? --Rick ]]
