The area of our disk storage system where user files are kept is starting
to get full.  We ask that you make an effort to look over your files and
delete old trash.  It's awfully easy to just let things sit there, but they
do occupy space (and it does show on your monthly bill).

If you want to move inactive files to magnetic tape, we can sell you tapes
and show you how to use them.

The situation is not critical, and there is no panic about it.  But this
would be a good time to make the effort to clean things up.
