Lines: 8 Xref: watmath net.auto:7970 net.flame:11757 It seems to me that what we need is a return to the real purpose behind high-beams and Halogen lamps. Halogen lamps, driving lights, etc. should be used only when one would normally use high-beams. They could be flicked off in favor of low-power Halogens, or regular lamps when faced with oncoming traffic. The only problem is that it is hard to get very-low power Halogens, or to mix Halogen and regular lamps - especially on single-lamp arrangements.
