The crack is star-shaped, and about 1" across. My insurance company would like me to have the windshield repaired rather than replaced, naturally (as incentive they offer to waive the $100 deductible). The firm that does the repair is called Novus Windshield Repair; I don't know if they are strictly local or a franchise. My question is, has anyone had their windshield repaired with acrylic resin? How does it look after it is done? Please e-mail replies, thanks. Dave Wagner University of Washington Comp Sci Department wagner@washington.arpa {ihnp4,decvax,ucbvax}!uw-beaver!uw-wally!wagner
