In Indiana, there's Hindoostan Falls (maybe 2 drops of one foot or less each. California's Gold Rush country (east of Sacramento and Stockton) boasts colorful names such as Grizzly Flats, Copperopolis, Chinese Camp, Moccasin and Sheepranch. Not bizarre but confusing collection of suburbs such as Park Forest, Forest Park, Oak Park, Oak Forest, Oak Lawn, Oak Brook, Park Ridge, Woodridge, Wood Dale, Riverside, River Grove and River Forest. An unusual name for a beautiful place is Banff, British Columbia, Canada. B.C. also boasts Kamloops. We look forward to some other delightfully bizarre things in this newsgroup.
