 While Kamloops is in B.C., Banff is in Alberta. Two of my favorite town
names in Alberta are Medicine Hat and Rocky Mountain House. As for
Wanker's Corner, Oregon, it really exists. It is about 3 miles North
of Wilsonville and 1.5 miles east of Tualatin. Tualatin is another
interesting name. It is a Twality Indian word meaning "slow moving"
and refers to the river that runs through town, not the lifestyle of
the inhabitants.
