I talked to the publisher.  A third wolume is out; four more are being
translated and are due out by the end of the year.  The publisher is sending
me a catalog.  Also, one can order direct from the publisher.  

The books were introduced at the major trade shows in May, 1985.  It might
take a while for them to show up in the chains.
